In the Malta Visa Service Centre in St.Petersburg you can find the below mentioned additional services: >

• Passport delivery to any home/business addresses though DHL (price according to DHL fees). Visa Application Center Service charge is 140 Rubles.
  
• Photocopying service - 15 RUB per page.
  
• SMS service to inform about the reception of the passport from the Consulate – 50 RUB per SMS.
  
• Photo booth self-portrait service - 200 RUB for 6 photos.
  
• Fax reception during the documents submission in the Centre – 50 RUB.
  

Applicants now have the facility to send their applications via courier to the Visa Application Centre.

The following procedure needs to be adhered to. Applicant should prepay visa fee and service fee, courier fee (if the applicant wants the passport to be returned back via courier) through one of VTB 24 branches, Sberbank or any other commercial bank. All fees are paid per application. Please state surname, name and passport number of an applicant whose documents are submitted at the column “Payer”. In case of paying for several applications by one invoice surnames and names of ALL applicants should be stated.

To know which courier fee should be paid please go to the website of our courier partner – DHL. To the sum shown at DHL website for the respective area applicant should also add courier service fee 140 rubles and pay total courier fee including net DHL fee and courier service fee 140 rubles.

Each set of documents in accordance with checklist should be sent in a separate envelope to the address of the visa centre: Malta Visa Centre, 119049, Moscow, Koroviy Val, 1A, bld. 2.

Important!

Sent application shall be processed at visa centre only if money (all necessary fees) has reached our account. In the event that money has not reached our account your application will be kept on hold till the money is deposited in our bank account.The fees payment receipt should be enclosed to the sent documents.

If an applicant wants the passport to be returned back via courier, the passport will be sent across to the address mentioned at the visa application form. In this case kindly ensure that the zip code is also stated in the visa application form.

Please be informed that the delivery of passports via courier service can be done only within the territory of Russian Federation. The Russian law does not allow sending of passports outside Russia.
