The Embassy of Malta is pleased to announce the opening of their Visa Application Centres in Moscow, St. Petersburg, Yekaterinburg, Rostov-on-Don, Novosibirsk, Kazan, Samara, Nizhny Novgorod, Krasnodar and Krasnoyarsk. This service is available for Russian residents who wish to apply for a visa to Malta.
If an interview is required by the Embassy then it can be conveniently
scheduled at the visa application centre. We offer the option of courier
service for return of passport, directly at your doorstep.
Attention Individuals!
According to the Federal law of the Russian Federation №152-ФЗ “On personal data” all applicants should sign “The agreement on processing personal data”. Please note that an applicant who submits his/her documents through an authorized representative should also prepare this document in advance and submit it along with his/her Application.

Submitting Your Application
Where to Apply
The Malta Visa Application Centres located in Moscow, St. Petersburg, Yekaterinburg, Rostov-on-Don, Novosibirsk, Kazan, Samara, Nizhny Novgorod, Krasnodar and Krasnoyarsk accept visa applications from resident Russians, who wish to travel to Malta. The Visa Application Centres submit all such visa applications to the Embassy of Malta located in Moscow. Timings for submission of application are 0900 Hrs-1600 Hrs from Monday to Friday except
holidays.
Applications from Diplomats, UN Officials and Russian Official passport holders
will be accepted at The Embassy of Malta, Moscow.
Submission of Visa application and collection of passports can be done by
the following:

Travel Agents recognized by The Embassy of Malta, Moscow.

Representative - In case a representative is coming to submit the application
or collect the passport he needs to carry a photo id of himself and an
authority letter from the applicant.

Processing time will be a minimum of 4 working days. In case
an application needs to be referred to The Maltese Immigration Service,
processing time will be a minimum of six weeks.
Processed passports can be collected from The Malta Visa Service Centre between
1100 Hrs-1600 Hrs.
